  • Anti-ultraviolet Aging Optical Fiber
    Anti-ultraviolet Aging Optical Fiber. Under strong ultraviolet light, the transmittance of general ultraviolet quartz optical fiber will decrease after a period of time. In order to prevent this phenomenon from happening, special optical fiber doping, special rod making process and wire drawing process are used to obtain an anti-ultraviolet quartz optical fiber whose transmittance remains basically unchanged after long-term ultraviolet light exposure (1d). Its transmission wavelength is between 190nm and 1200nm. Ultraviolet light below 300nm can still maintain ultra-low loss transmission, which has better performance and advantages for spectral analysis.
  • High Temperature Resistant Optical Fiber
    High Temperature Resistant Optical Fiber uses high quality polyimide coating (PI) quartz optical fiber. Polyimide has high modulus, high tensile strength and good chemical stability. It can withstand high temperature of 300°C for a long time and 490°C for a short time. It is also excellent in mechanical properties, fatigue resistance, flame retardancy, dimensional stability, electrical properties, etc. Therefore, optical fiber with this material as coating has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be used in an environment with a temperature of 300°C for a long time.

    Near-infrared silica clad step-index special multimode optical fiber has a gradient step-index refractive index distribution, low hydroxyl (Low-OH) optimizes the near-infrared wavelength, and has very low attenuation. This series of silica clad step-index multimode optical fibers has different core diameters of 50-1000um, cladding diameters and numerical apertures, and can provide customized services according to customer needs to maximize the satisfaction of customers' different application needs. The optical fiber is manufactured using an advanced plasma chemical vapor deposition (PCVD) process. The core diameter is 50-1000um, the wavelength is 200-1200nm, and UV optical fibers of different geometric sizes and numerical apertures can be customized according to different customer application requirements.
  • Halide Mid-IR Fiber Industrial Grade Fiber for Infrared Spectrum Transmission
    Halogenide Mid-infrared Fiber has developed patented polycrystalline infrared PIR fibers (Polycrystalline Infra-Red (PIR-) fibers) for mid-infrared light wave transmission. PIR fibers are produced using high-quality pure AgCl: AgBr solid solution crystals through innovative vacuum extrusion technology. They only have cores and claddings, are non-toxic, and highly flexible. PIR fibers have basically no aging phenomenon and can transmit a wide spectrum of 4~18um. PIR optical cables can be provided, using durable PEEK polymer protective sleeves and SMA jumper connectors made of titanium or polymer, or custom special connectors, and various fiber optic connectors can also be customized according to the special needs of customers.
  • Hard Plastic Clad Quartz Energy Optical Fiber Industrial Laser Transmission Special Optical Fiber
    Hard Plastic Clad Fiber can be used in devices and systems with an operating wavelength of 400-2200nm. Low-OH is optimized for near-infrared wavelengths. Its hard plastic cladding plus outer tight sleeve structure can provide higher tensile strength and can better block the influence of moisture than conventional glass cladding, making this fiber widely used in communications, industrial fields and near-infrared spectral environments. Hard plastic cladding: Made of fluorine-containing acrylic resin material, it protects the fiber core layer and plays the role of fiber cladding. The hard plastic cladding will not break easily in strong bending conditions or open construction environments during installation and terminal use. Large core diameter: The fiber core diameter range of 200 um-1500 um can provide high coupling efficiency in data connections or other connectors, reduce the cost of equipment and components, and provide a looser tolerance accuracy range. Plastic clad large core fiber can perform well in short-distance media transmission and data transmission.
